Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of our
listeners all over the world. We really love
podcasting and are glad to be bringing another
episode so soon. Wow, it's been ten episodes since we
brought you two episodes a week apart.
In this episode, we talk about our favorite Christmas traditions and memories. Matt's sister, Melissa, stops by the Outback Studios to share one of our favorite holiday recipes.
Melissa's Delicious Coconut Balls
2 lb bag of powdered sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 can sweetend condensed milk
about 2 cups coconut flake
Chocolate melts
Melt butter and pour into a mixing bowl over powdered sugar. Add sweetend condensed milk and stir together. add coconut and mix well. refrigerate over night. roll onto balls and place on a baking sheet and chill again. Melt chocolate and dip balls until coated and return them to the baking sheet and chill once more. Then they are ready to serve.
